Who handles your information

Urban Angel Aesthetics Ltd, company number 13536143, 16 Brighton Road, Alvaston, Derby, DE24 8SY, is responsible for the guide order information we hold. Contact urbanangelaesthetics@gmail.com about your purchase or privacy rights.

Payment and delivery

Stripe securely collects your checkout contact and payment details. We do not store your full card number. We keep the buyer name where supplied, delivery email, order reference, payment status, amount, checkout reference, terms and immediate-download agreement, together with download activity. Buyer contact details and the stored email records, including your private download link, are encrypted. Authorised staff can view order details and download activity in our private sales area, and we send an internal email notification when a purchase is confirmed. Resend processes the confirmation email on our behalf; our website hosting provider operates the order database.

We use this information to fulfil our contract with you, provide support, prevent misuse and meet accounting obligations. Buying this guide does not sign you up for marketing emails. Our hosting and payment providers may also process technical data for security and fraud prevention.

Essential download access

An essential, secure cookie gives you download access on the current browser for 24 hours. You can reopen your private email link to access the guide again. It is not used for advertising. Keep your download link private. Our optional statistics are explained in the website privacy notice; payment and download pages are excluded.

Retention and your rights

We retain purchase and confirmation records for up to six years after the purchase for support and accounting purposes, or longer where a legal obligation or active dispute requires it. This does not promise six years of hosting; save your PDF to your device. You can ask to access or correct your data, or request deletion or restriction where applicable. Some records must be retained for legal reasons. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
