Website statistics & your choice.

Urban Angel Aesthetics Ltd uses optional statistics to understand how our public website and offers are used. Statistics only start after you choose “Allow statistics”. Declining does not affect your use of the website, bookings or enquiries.
What is counted
We count views of public marketing pages and clicks on WhatsApp, email, phone, booking and eligibility buttons. We also classify a referring website or recognised campaign tag into a broad source such as Google, Instagram, email or direct / unknown.
Each count is immediately combined with others for the same UK date, page, source and button. The report covers a rolling 90-day period. Older combined totals are cleared when new activity is recorded. We do not create visitor profiles, track you across other websites or link statistics to client or student records.
What is excluded
Our statistics database does not store names, email addresses, IP addresses, visitor IDs, device fingerprints, full referrer addresses, URL query values, message text or form answers. Booking, payment, consent and admin pages are excluded. We filter known automated traffic where detected. Normal website hosting and security systems may process technical request information separately to operate and protect the website.
Change your choice
Use “Website statistics” at the bottom of our public pages to allow or turn off statistics at any time. Your choice is stored in a first-party preference cookie called ua_website_statistics for six months. It holds only “allow” or “deny”, not an identifier. If cookies are cleared, we ask again. We also switch statistics off when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
Turning statistics off stops new counts. We do not retain a visitor identifier that lets us identify or remove an individual’s contribution to previous combined totals.
Who can see the report
The report is restricted to our website owner account. It is stored with our website using OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare hosting infrastructure. We do not send these statistics to Google Analytics, Meta or an advertising network. Your consent is the basis for optional website statistics.
