What we collect

This is an email-list sign-up offer with a free guide as a welcome gift. We collect your name, email address, the time of your request, your marketing consent and any downloads made using the access we provide. We use your consent to send marketing emails and our legitimate interests to administer your guide access, keep a record of consent and protect the form from misuse. We do not ask for treatment or medical information.

Your email subscription

To take up this offer, you actively tick the checkbox agreeing to marketing emails from Urban Angel Aesthetics Ltd. It starts unticked. We record the wording you agreed to and the date. Our marketing emails may include business tips, academy course news and offers. Joining is separate from booking treatment or enrolling on a course.

You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe option in a marketing email. There is no charge or minimum subscription period. You can keep the guide after unsubscribing, and withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.

Storage and access

Your name and email are encrypted in our website database. The request list is restricted to the authorised Urban Angel website owner account. Our website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. These service providers may process information outside the UK; contact us for information about applicable transfer safeguards. The form itself provides the PDF in your browser and does not email it to you.

Cookies and form protection

After a successful request, an essential cookie keeps your download available in the same browser for 24 hours. It contains protected access information, not your name or email. A short-lived, hashed network identifier and attempt count help limit automated misuse. We do not store your raw IP address in the request list. Protection records expire after 24 hours.

How long we keep the request

We keep guide request records for up to 12 months from submission. Older request and protection records are cleared when this service is next used. We can delete a record earlier where appropriate. Any separate course enquiry, enrolment or email correspondence has its own retention needs.

Your rights

You can ask us for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw marketing consent. Other rights, including portability, may apply depending on the circumstances. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Optional website statistics are explained in our website privacy notice. Your form answers are not included in those statistics.
