URBAN ANGEL ACADEMY

Your purchase & your privacy.

Updated 1 October 2026. Urban Angel Aesthetics Ltd is responsible for your academy purchase record. Contact urbanangelaesthetics@gmail.com, 07865 763878 or 16 Brighton Road, Alvaston, Derby, DE24 8SY.

Information used for your purchase

We record your payment option, amount, order reference, payment status, checkout reference and the terms you accept. Stripe collects your payment and contact details securely and supplies the name and email needed to confirm your purchase and arrange enrolment. We do not receive or store your full card details. Our lawful bases are performing your contract, meeting accounting obligations and our legitimate interests in preventing misuse.

Providers and messages

Our website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Buyer contact details and email records are encrypted in our database. Stripe processes payments, and Resend delivers your confirmation and an academy purchase notification. Authorised academy staff can view purchases for enrolment and customer support. These providers may process information outside the UK; contact us for information about transfer safeguards. Choosing Klarna also involves Klarna processing your application under its own privacy notice and terms.

Buying does not subscribe you to marketing. We send messages needed for your purchase and enrolment. Learning hub access is arranged separately.

Retention and your rights

Purchase and accounting records are kept for up to six years, or longer where required to resolve an active dispute or legal obligation. Anti-abuse records use a hashed network identifier, expire after 24 hours and are cleared when checkout is next used; the raw IP address is not kept in the purchase database. Separate enrolment and assessment records have their own retention requirements.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Some accounting information must be retained. Contact us with any concern; you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
