Qualification content.
- 01Infection Control and Prevention for Cosmetic, Aesthetic and Needle-Related Treatments
- 02Professional Practice for Aesthetic Practitioners
- 03Anatomy and Physiology for Advanced Aesthetic Practice
- 04At least three specialist units chosen from microneedling, chemical peels, micro-needle or no-needle mesotherapy, subcutaneous skin boosters and non-surgical fat reduction
You qualify by showing what you know and can do.
- Written assignments, reports and projects
- Case studies and reflective practice
- Observed treatment competence
- Professional discussion and questioning
- Authenticated photographic or video evidence where required
What you need before enrolling.
- Aged 18 or over
- A regulated Level 4 aesthetic qualification accepted by Urban Angel, or at least five years of verifiable industry experience for the taught route
- Evidence of occupational competence where applicable
- Current first aid and anaphylaxis training for practical activity
Usually completed over 9–12 months. The full diploma carries 535 total qualification time hours and 400 guided learning hours, subject to the selected unit combination.
Progress to the ProQual Level 7 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice, advanced specialist training or higher-level clinical and educational roles within scope.
