Workshop terms

AI for Academy Owners: one in-person, four-hour workshop at Urban Angel Academy, 16 Brighton Road, Alvaston, Derby, DE24 8SY. Total £499 GBP per person, paid in full. Eight places per session. Choose one date; each date is a standalone workshop. Covers the process from student enquiry and enrolment to progress tracking and course completion; a guided practice build of a student dashboard and AI assistant with a supervised follow-up task; planning later bookings and payment connections; and reviewing software subscriptions. Includes reusable build prompts, planning worksheets and a testing checklist. Bring a charged laptop, your public course information, a list of current software subscriptions and a Lovable account. The free allowance is limited; completing or continuing the build may need paid credits or a plan. A complete production-ready academy platform, migration of your existing records, ongoing bespoke development and unlimited support are not included. Any third-party subscriptions, hosting, email, payment processing or maintenance costs are separate. Savings depend on your current systems and the solution you choose; no specific saving is guaranteed. No paid software subscription is required to book. AI outputs, admissions decisions, assessment decisions and completion approvals need appropriate human review. Use fictional data in exercises; do not upload identifiable learner or patient information. You must be 18 or over. A place is confirmed when payment succeeds. We email your chosen date and booking reference. If your payment is processing, do not pay again. No recurring academy charge is created. Provider repayment agreements, if offered at checkout, are separate. For consumer bookings made at a distance, you may cancel within 14 days of booking by emailing urbanangelaesthetics@gmail.com. If your workshop begins within this period, by accepting these terms you expressly request that we begin the service on your chosen date. If you cancel after it has begun, we may charge a proportionate amount for services provided; your cancellation right ends once the workshop is fully delivered at your express request. After the 14-day period, contact us about a transfer or cancellation: these are subject to availability and agreement, without affecting your statutory rights. If we cancel or change your date and you cannot attend the replacement, you can choose a full refund. Refunds due are returned to the original payment method within 14 days.
