Your booking information

What we use

We use your name, email, chosen workshop date, payment status, booking reference and accepted terms to take your booking, confirm your place and provide the workshop. We process this information to perform our contract with you and keep payment records required by law. Limited technical information helps us prevent abuse of checkout, in our legitimate interests.

Payments and emails

Stripe processes payments securely. We do not receive your full card number. Our website stores encrypted buyer contact details and booking records. Resend delivers booking emails. Our website hosting provider processes the records on our behalf. These providers may process information outside the UK under their applicable data protection safeguards.

Keeping your information

We retain paid booking and accounting records for up to six years where needed for financial records and disputes. Booking does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not send patient information or enter it into AI tools during the workshop.

Your choices

You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, or to object where applicable. Some records must be retained to meet legal requirements. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
