What to bring
A charged laptop, access to your email and an everyday business task you’d love to make easier. We’ll use fictional examples, so please leave identifiable patient information out of your exercises.

Before you book
Is this suitable if I’m new to AI?
Yes. We’ll start with the basics and work through practical business examples. You don’t need to know how to code.
Who is the workshop for?
Aesthetics practitioners and business owners who want help with content, enquiries and everyday admin. This is business skills training, not clinical training or an accredited qualification.
Do I attend all four dates?
No. Each date is a standalone workshop covering the same core material. Your £499 booking is for one person on one selected date, from 10am to 2pm.
Will AI run my business for me?
You’ll learn where AI and automation can support your work. You remain responsible for checking accuracy, tone and suitability before anything is used or sent. We do not promise a particular income or amount of time saved.
Do I need paid software?
A laptop and access to your email are needed for the exercises. Any optional third-party software subscriptions are separate from the course fee. You do not need to buy a subscription to book your place.
What happens after I pay?
When payment succeeds, you’ll receive an email confirming your chosen date, time, venue and booking reference. If payment is still processing, please wait for confirmation rather than paying again.
What if I need to cancel or change my date?
Please email us as soon as possible. The workshop terms explain your cancellation rights and how to request a transfer. If we cancel your workshop, you can choose a replacement date or a full refund.
